These terms of use govern access to and use of the Skolvex service. By creating an account, you accept these terms in their entirety.
Purpose of the service
Skolvex is a web application for learning to read and write Mandarin Chinese, structured by HSK levels. The service offers interactive exercises for stroke order, character recognition, and progress tracking.
Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account with a unique username and password. The service is available for free in its basic version. Skolvex reserves the right to modify or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance purposes.
User obligations
The user agrees to: provide accurate information during registration, not share login credentials, not attempt to compromise the security of the service, and use the service in accordance with its intended purpose.
Intellectual property
All Skolvex content (code, design, text, animations, HSK data) is protected by copyright. The user has a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service. Any reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
Liability
Skolvex strives to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Skolvex cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the service.
Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the service settings. Skolvex reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
